OK, maybe conquering mountains is an overstatement. But I did survive a huge weekend of tree planting in very hilly terrain.
Considering it was a weekend of climbing up and down slopes carrying a heavy bag of trees and wielding a mattock, I think I pulled up all right. What's more, I woke up and started planting earlier than everyone else on both days!
Very happy.

Hey, while this isn't really related I found out one of my uni friends has a younger brother with CFS. He was surprised when I knew so much about it. Told me it was good to talk to a relative stranger who understands without having to go through a long-winded explanation.
I am so surprised with how quickly you have been recovering! It was great to see you out there planting trees. I personally found it really hard work and you stuck in there the entire day (Also, I did notice you were out planting as came out of my tent after just waking up! :P)
Thanks for the comment, and for helping us with tree planting! :)
I'm sorry to hear about your friend's younger brother. That's great that he was able to talk to you about it. People like you - who understand CFS without having gone through it yourself - are few and far between, so he and I are lucky to have met you.
Yes, I am so thankful I appear to be recovering! It's hard to imagine how bad it was, not very long ago...
